As a mental health first aider and workplace wellbeing consultant, my mission is to make the modern work environment a safer, healthier and more supportive space. This helps create a more sustainable workplace for individuals and organisations alike.

I have always held the belief that work should be a place where people feel valued, supported and engaged. Mental ill health is an issue that affects everyone, whether that be family members, friends or colleagues. Raising awareness of the way issues such as depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder affect us in the workplace is vital. I’ve dedicated my career to helping both individuals and organisations take a proactive, holistic approach to wellbeing.”
