In this one-hour workshop, participants will explore the key principles of emotional regulation and learn practical strategies to better manage their emotions in everyday life.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, frustration, anxiety, or difficult interpersonal interactions, emotional regulation is the skill that helps you respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. This session will provide you with the tools you need to understand, process, and manage your emotions in healthier, more constructive ways.

During the workshop, attendees will
